About Us

Our Mission

To collect and distill health and wellness routines from global thought leaders – enabling you to find what works best for you.

Why FastLifeHacks Exists

A note from the Founder, John:

Have you ever listened to a podcast on the go and wished you could take notes?

I started Fast Life Hacks as a way to publicly share my notes on health influencer routines.

Surprisingly, it resonated with people. Turns out I wasn’t the only one frantically trying to remember “which brand did Huberman mention?” or “what was Peter Attia’s dose of a certain supplement?”

So I continued keeping the lists up to date and expanding them.

In many ways, it’s been a passion project, and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

In particular, fads come and go, but some useful knowledge and frameworks persist.

What We Do

FastLifeHacks documents exactly what prominent health experts do to optimize their health and longevity.

You’ll find:

  • Comprehensive protocol lists (Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, and others)
  • Specific product mentions with brands and doses
  • Research summaries explained in accessible language
  • Regularly updated content as their protocols evolve

We focus on supplements, nutrition, exercise, longevity, and evidence-based protocols.

Who This Site Is For

You’re in the right place if you:

  • Listen to health related podcasts (Huberman Lab, Peter Attia’s “The Drive”, Rhonda Patrick, Joe Rogan, etc)
  • Want to implement expert-backed protocols but don’t know where to start
  • Value scientific evidence and expert credentials
  • Prefer specific, actionable information over general advice
  • Want to experiment and find what works best for your biology

Our Commitment to Quality

As AI tools become ubiquitous in content creation, we remain committed to human-verified accuracy. Every protocol, dose, and product mention on Fast Life Hacks is:

  • Checked against original sources (podcast transcripts, research papers, expert interviews)
  • Manually updated when expert routines change (if you find something is out of date, let us know)
  • Created by humans who listen to the full context, not AI summaries

We appreciate what AI can do to help with research, but we don’t cut corners on verification. In an era of AI-generated content, careful curation and source-checking matter more than ever.
